David Kutcher [email] Information Architect As the firm's founder in 2002, David leads the Confluent Forms team. His commitment to excellence in creating usable and engaging projects for both non-profit and for-profit organizations has produced powerful final products for all of Confluent Forms's customers. David's work, coming from his interdisciplinary background of design, information architecture and development, has been instrumental in increasing viewership, membership and the length of user sessions. David is responsible for the information architecture and interface development of the project. Prior to founding Confluent Forms David initiated and standardized the Information Architecture Department at Lead Dog Digital and Iconixx-NY. Heading up this department he performed information architecture and usability services for financial corporations including Prudential Securities, Nomura Fixed Income, Bear Stearns, and Citibank; media companies such as McGraw Hill; and non-profit organizations such as the Henry Street Settlement. David has over ten years of professional experience designing, developing and architecting for the Internet. Thomas Leen [email] Technology Manager An experienced application developer and consultant, Thomas brought his skills to Confluent Forms in 2002. His technical innovations have been a cornerstone in the efficiency of the Confluent Forms development process. Thomas is responsible for the technical architecture and implementation of the project. Prior to joining Confluent Forms, Thomas specialized in integrating emergent application environments and web technologies with legacy applications. He has worked developing solutions for companies including Fidelity, The Financial Times, Proctor & Gamble and Ericsson. He also served as a representative in the Open Mobile Alliance. Thomas has fourteen years experience in software design and development, including six years as a technical consultant. John Turner [email] Lead Designer As a veteran of many branding projects for both new and established companies, John is constantly focused on delving into the roots of what makes a company tick. By breaking down these essentials, his designs show a clear concept and direction that clients have found meaningful as a clear representation of their company. John believes in creating work that not only meets the needs of the client but also creates an effective connection with their audience. John most recently was the design lead for major international product launches for L'Oreal's Redken division. He has also art directed and designed many of the company's promotional and advertising materials for major media events across the country. John has designed branding strategies, promotional products, new identity systems, and explored many aspects of visual communication campaigns for the past eight years.
